Supplying cafes, restaurants and shops across Gippsland, our eggs are loved for their generous yolks that are full in flavour with thick, fluffy whites that make them a dream for poaching.
We are a family-run business, where even the smallest of the tribe get involved thanks to the dedication of our three chief egg collectors, Emma, Jack and Lucy. Everyone plays their part in collecting, cleaning, packing and caring for our chooks.
